<p>Don&#8217;t misunderstand what I mean, those exercises I just mentioned are great and have there place, but overall you must depend on the most simple of exercises.  Exercises that everyone knows are more than enough to get tremendously fit.</p>
<p>For instance if you&#8217;d like to do <a target="_blank" href="http://www.legendarystrength.com/articles/bodyweight-training/">bodyweight training</a> then just look at push-ups, pullups, squats, and situps.  In four exercises you&#8217;ve a reasonably complete routine.</p>
<p>The issue is too many people at one previous point or another fall into the very complicating things.  This takes away from training hard.</p>
<p>The most basic exercises are featured in all of the training books.  They have been around for many years.  Why?  Because they work.</p>
