Do as many repetitions as you can without sacrificing the form.</p>

<p> Slowly and carefully lower your buttocks towards the floor by bending your elbows. Go down until your arms are close to 90˚ and comfortable, with your buttocks just slightly above the floor.</p>
<p> When you reach the bottom position, hold it briefly then slowly raise your buttocks back to the starting position.</p>

<p>If you still find half dips to be difficult, bring your feet closer to the bench with your legs at 90˚.After a very brief pause at the bottom, carefully raise your bottom to the start position.</p>

<p><strong>5. Chin ups.</strong></p>

Lift your shoulders off the floor by squeezing your abdominal muscles. Let these muscles do the work. Do not use momentum to lift your shoulders off the floor. Also avoid pulling your body up with your neck. </p>

Not only is warm up undesirable for weight training if your goal is to lose weight, the physical effort depletes stored glycogen, making it virtually impossible to exercise the muscle to its real failure point. Changing the order of the routines allows you to burn glycogen during weight training, making that session much more beneficial, and just as important, your body is glycogen depleted just at the time you begin your half hour fat burn on the cardio machine.</p>
